Tobechukwu Victor Okoh, better known by his stage name Peruzzi, has responded to claims that he is the primary songwriter for Davido’s songs. Peruzzi is a well-known musician and a DMW signee.
On Monday, September 12, 2022, Peruzzi created a music video for his hit song “Hypertension.”

In response to the video, one internet user wrote in the comments section that he was now certain Peruzzi wrote 80% of Davido’s songs.

After watching the video, he declared: “I AGREE THAT PERUZZI WROTE 80% OF DAVIDO’S HIT! IDENTICAL PATTERN, BRO!

The musician responded to the tweet by challenging the user to name another one of Davido’s songs that follows the same structure as “Hypertension.”
